Minestrone contadino

Un caldo minestrone di fagioli misti, lenticchie, patata, zucca, cipolla, pomodoro, sedano,carota, zucca, spinaci, scorza di parmigiano ed olio di peperoncino serviti in ciotola. Crostini al forno e minibruschette con parmigiano, pomodorini ed origano. Sapori antichi che non tramontano mai.
