Second pizza’s day…

Ancora una giornata di lievitazione e forno, ingredienti freschi e variazioni. Il forno acceso per più di un’ora ed ecco le mie pizze di questa sera:

  • Pomodoro, mozzarella, fiori di zucca, carciofi freschi e lardo di Arnaud
  • Pomodoro, pomodorini freschi, mozzarella di bufala ed asparagi
  • Pomodoro, mozzarella, carote, radicchio trevisano, lattuga, carciofi freschi,fiori di zucca e lardo di Arnaud
  • Pomodoro, mozzarella, carciofi freschi e lardo di Arnaud
  • Mozzarella, scamorza affumicata, fiori di zucca e lardo di Arnaud
Another day of rising and oven, fresh ingredients and variations. The oven on for more than an hour and here are my pizzas this evening:
Tomato, mozzarella, zucchini flowers, fresh artichokes and bacon Arnaud
Tomato, fresh tomatoes, buffalo mozzarella and asparagus
Tomato, mozzarella, carrots, Treviso radicchio, lettuce, fresh artichokes, zucchini flowers and lard Arnaud
Tomato, mozzarella, artichokes and fresh lard Arnaud
Mozzarella cheese, smoked cheese, zucchini flowers and lard Arnaud
