Risotto, colors and flavors

 Aprire il frigorifero e scegliere colori e sapori da abbinare, tagliare a dadini e julienne e fare saltare in padella ogni verdura singolarmente, lessare gli asparagi e poi ecco un risotto a strati con molti ingredienti: carciofi freschi, zucchine julienne, asparagi, carote, patate e grana.

Open the fridge and choose colors and flavors to match, dice and make julienne and sauté each vegetable separately, boil the asparagus and then here is a risotto layered with many ingredients: fresh artichokes, julienne zucchini, asparagus, carrots, potatoes and grits.
